3. For what purposes do we process personal data?

Yourselv processes personal data for the purposes set out below.

3.1 For processing payments

When you use a payment solution provided by Yourselv, personal data may be processed that is necessary to initiate, verify, execute, and administratively handle a payment. This may include payment data, transaction data, time, location, terminal information, and data required to register a transaction or link it to a service or product.

The processing of these data is necessary for the performance of the agreement and for proper administrative and financial handling.

Yourselv does not retain these personal data longer than necessary for this purpose, unless a statutory retention obligation applies or the data is needed for a longer period in connection with fraud investigations, disputes, or evidentiary purposes.

3.2 For support, service, questions, and complaints

When you contact us for support, service, a malfunction, a question, or a complaint, we process the personal data necessary to handle your request properly. This may include your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, location data, device data, ticket information, and correspondence.

3.3 For managing user accounts, wallets, and passes

Where digital wallets, prepaid balances, passes, administrator accounts, or other account-based functionalities are used within a Yourselv solution, we process personal data necessary to provide these services. This may include your name, e-mail address, account details, pass or wallet ID, usage data, transaction status, and other data required for authentication, management, and use of the service.

This processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement and for the operation and security of our systems.

3.4 For age verification and compliance with legal obligations

In applications involving the provision or sale of age-restricted products, such as alcoholic beverages, Yourselv may perform a real-time age verification check. This check is solely intended to determine whether a user meets the legal age requirement.

Yourselv does not store personal data for this age verification process, unless this is exceptionally necessary due to a legal obligation or in connection with an incident or dispute.

This processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations and to enable the responsible use of our solutions.
